Manufacturing
Process

In our factory, the word “quality” will always be the main consideration. Even from the very first step, materials used for each design is chosen from only the first-rate resources, scouted from not only Indonesia’s market but also from around the globe.

Buyers are more than welcome to perform Quality Assurance before all products are delivered by coming down to our factory in the last step of the manufacturing process.

Plantation

We source our timber direct to Perum Perhutani a legal entity of Indonesia Wood Plantation

Sawmill

Sawmill Process

For each order charts, our timber storage will be sent to our sawmill for cut to their sizes according to the thickness requirement for each products.

Kill & Dry Oven Process

Processed dry timber in our running oven 24 hours continuously 365 days, will dry our timber which humidity <10%.

Rough mill &
cutting wood

Each timber from our drying oven will be sent to production floor to be cut, glued, rip-sawed and cut to their size & quantity, prepared for forming stage.

Assembling

Cut wood is then fraise, tenoned, drilled into its shape and design to acquire its features.
Each component will be assembled accordingly to form the part of the intended furniture or a complete product itself.

Finishing

Assembled parts will given  a layer of a sealer followed by scruffing with soft sanding paper. Checked for quality and match tones before finishing with a final top coat and finishing.

Packing & Shipping

The finished products are inspected by our QC team again before being packed into carton boxes. Finished products will be loaded into containers and shipped out to our customers from all around the world.
